The Man Behind the Mission

I’m Wilber Diaz, Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Liberty Crest Group. My life has been shaped by structure, adversity, and purpose — principles that guide everything I do. I don’t see myself as a theorist, but as a builder, strategist, and soldier-minded operator who believes legacy isn’t inherited, it’s earned.

My journey began in New York, where I was raised amid challenges many accept quietly. But I was built to fight for more — for myself, my family, and future generations. I earned my place at the United States Military Academy at West Point, the world’s premier leadership institution. There, I learned how to lead, endure, and think years ahead — a mindset that now drives everything I do.

Afterward, I gained experience in finance with major firms like Citigroup and TD Bank AMCB, working across asset acquisition, community development, and cash-flow operations. At Liberty Crest, my role is to ensure every project moves forward with momentum, structure, and integrity. I translate strategy into execution, make sure our numbers add up, and help our partners succeed alongside us.
