How do I get in touch with the Liberty Crest Team?
To contact the Liberty Crest Team please open your RentRedi portal at: https://rentredi.com/tenants/ or reach out to us through the RentRedi app on your mobile device set up during onboarding.

I have a maintenance request, who do I reach out to?
If you have a maintenance request no matter how small please go to your RentRedi portal to submit a maintenance request. In case of an emergency please call the phone number listed in your lease. All maintenance calls are important to us and if you do not hear back within 2 business days please reach out directly to us so we can assist you.

How do I pay rent?
Rent and other fees are handled through your RentRedi portal. Notifications will be sent out via messages through your app when your payment is due, if you have any concerns please reach out to us via your tenant portal.

Am I responsible for utilities?
Located in your lease under tenant responsibilities you will find a list of what you are responsible for, if you have any questions about what you may be required to cover please reach out to the Liberty Crest team.

Where can I check your policies?
In your lease you will find a list of policies regarding a wide array of topics including but not limited to, pets, parking, smoking in units, late payments, etc. If you have a question about a specific policy and are a current tenant please contact us through your RentRedi portal. If you are a prospective tenant or do not have a RentRedi portal set up please email us at info@libertycrestgroup.com.
