What types of properties do you offer?

How do I apply for a rental?
We use RentRedi to screen our applicants. You can also apply through Zillow.com and Realtor.com
How long does it take to hear back after applying?
You will typically have a response within 2 business days after your application is submitted.
Do you require a security Deposit?
Typically we will require a security deposit on new leases of one months rent. Your deposit will be returned within 14 days of move out or as specified on your lease.
Are Utilities included in the rent?
Yes. Liberty Crest assumes responsibility for water bills and gas. This is calculated as a flat fee and is already included in your rent.
How do I submit a repair request?
We are committed to repairing your unit as soon as we receive a request. To submit a repair request please navigate to your RentRedi app and use the "Service Request" option. Please include a description and pictures of the damage/repair. You will be contacted within 24-48 hours to have your issue resolved.
What happens if I need to break my lease early?
We understand that life happens, breaking your lease early will result in a forfeiture of a portion or all of your security deposit. If your move out date is more than 3 months away from the day when you notify us of your intent to vacate we will return 50% of your security deposit on the day of your move out. If your move out date is within 3 months you will forfeiture your security deposit.
How do I pay my rent each month?
You will receive a notification prior to the date rent is due through the RentRedi app. When you move in and sign your lease our agent will walk you through the onboarding process to link up your payment method to your RentRedi portal. You also have the option of setting up autopay so that you never miss a due date.
Can I pay with cash or check?
Unfortunately we do not accept cash. We do accept check or money order, all invoices must be paid through the RentRedi tenant portal. We do this to ensure that there is always a receipt of transactions and so that you can view your previous payments and current balance.
What happens if I am late on rent?
We understand that sometimes unexpected expenses can come up. We are committed to giving you a 5 day grace period before any penalties are applied. If you expect to be late on rent for more than 5 days after your due date please contact management through the RentRedi app.
What happens after the 5 day grace period?
If you missed a rent payment and we did not receive any communication from you through your RentRedi app within the 5 day window, We will apply a $50 dollar fee or a 5% of rent fee on your account, whichever is lower.
Do you offer payment plans?
We reserve the right to make payment plans on a discretionary basis. We do not offer them unless conditions apply.
Can I pay in advance?
Yes. You can pay through the RentRedi app in advance. Your balance will reflect the advance payments and be applied to your future monthly rent up to the amount you paid in advance.
Who do I contact if I have an emergency repair?
If you have an emergency repair call the Number listed on your lease to be connected with an operator. We will have any emergency repairs finished as soon as they are received. If you have an emergency please call 911 than contact Liberty Crests Tenant number. (can be found in your welcome packet).
What is my responsibility for repairs?
We understand that not everyone is a plumber or electrician. Any minor repairs such as light bulbs, fire detector batteries, and damage to the unit caused by occupants (other than wear and tear such as peeling paint, etc.) is the responsibility of the tenant. Please Message us through RentRedi any repairs you completed. Damage to the unit from occupants will be invoiced to the tenant and will come out of the security deposit, if the amount is more than the security deposit than the remaining balance after the security deposit is used will be invoiced to the tenant. Failure to report damage or to pay for damage may result in penalties up and to eviction.
Am I allowed to have a pet?
Yes you are allowed to have up to 2 pets inside your unit. Please notify us if you intend to bring pets or add pets to your lease. Any damage caused by your pet is invoiced to the tenant.
